🔄 Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase — and if something feels off, we’re here to help 💛 You have 14 days after delivery to request a return or exchange. Please make sure items are unworn, unused, and kept in original packaging with all tags attached.
How to request a return
Simply contact us with your order number and what went wrong. We’ll take care of the next steps — quick and simple.
Free returns?
✨ Yes — if the item arrived defective or we sent the wrong product, we’ll cover the return shipping. If you just changed your mind, return shipping will be your responsibility.
💸 Refund Policy
We’ll process your refund once the returned item has been received and passed a quick quality check. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 1 business days after approval ✨
To make the process smooth for everyone:
- If your item arrived damaged or defective, please send us a short video or clear photos within 48 hours of delivery
- Items must come back in brand-new condition — we can’t accept returns with signs of wear, stains, or damage
- Discounts and coupons used will be reflected proportionally in the refund amount
If the returned item isn’t in its brand-new condition, we may offer a partial refund or decline the return, depending on the situation.

Need a different size or style? We’re happy to help — as long as it’s in stock 👍 If not, a refund will be issued instead.
